I met this lady at a networking event in May 2018 and she asked if she could have a chat with me about a staff issue she was having. It turned out that her staff were submitting time sheets and then going back in to amend them saying they were owed time back.
The lady wanted to know if there was a piece of software that stopped this from happening and also if it could stop colleagues of the staff form amending on their behalf.
I wasn’t aware of anything at this time but I did reach out to some of my virtual assistant network to ask that question and see what the responses were.
I called the lady and had a chat about the software that was recommended – bambooHR, she is now looking into this as a result of our chat.
This is another case of not actually doing any work for the person querying but helping out as much as I can with advice and tips, which I enjoy doing.
