How we helped with a Christmas card mail merge
We were approached recently to see if we could help with a task that was causing a business some headaches. It wasn’t as straight forward a task as they thought it would be with the software they were using.
They had a list of clients in a spreadsheet that they wanted to use for a mail merge so they could send each of them a Christmas card.
Once we received the file and had the label type and product number we went ahead and created the labels for them.
We then saved this in a Word document for them so they could load it up and print it off.
For us, as virtual assistants, this task was straightforward and done in a very timely manner.
The business was very happy with the labels delivered in a quick space of time and was very thankful for the business support we provided.
